Deadline to Submit Assessment Appeals

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Minister of Government Relations has extended the deadline to submit Assessment Appeals to the Board of Revision by Minister’s Order.

The appeal time has been extended by an additional 30 days. The Assessment Roll will remain open and Appeals will be accepted until May 22, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the RM office is closed to the public. Any requests/questions can be addressed either by:

  • phone (306-246-4228),
  • email (rm466@sasktel.net),
  • fax (306-246-4974) or by regular mail
  • (Box 26, Mayfair, Sask. S0M 1S0).

Remote Access to Regular Council Meeting of May 14, 2020

For the health and safety of ratepayers and staff in the RM of Meeting Lake No. 466 during the COVID-19 pandemic we are taking preventative measures.

The Regular Council Meeting of May 14, 2020 will continue as scheduled; however, will be conducted remotely by teleconference.

Public access is available in the entrance of the RM Office, 1 Main, Street, Mayfair, Sask.

The app also allows people to choose how and when to hear the emergency alerts.  The more people that have the app, the more efficient they can be with targeting people in a specific area, including our jurisdiction, that might require emergency information.

RM of Meeting Lake Office Closed until Further Notice

RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF MEETING LAKE NO. 466
PUBLIC NOTICE

Due to the COVID – 19 pandemic RM of Meeting Lake No. 466 has closed the RM Office and RM Shop to the public until further notice.

The operations of the municipality will continue to ensure services are not adversely affected.

Municipal Office Staff will continue to work in the office and will be taking inquiries by telephone, email or fax.

PLEASE follow all the advisories of the Federal and Provincial Governments.

PLEASE ensure you are doing your part to flatten the curve and practice social distancing.
